​I am a passionate person and enjoy everything I do concerning film. I am committed to any job given to me and I contribute where possible. I am full of ideas and enthusiasm and the next step for me at the current time is to acquire industry experience to develop my knowledge further.

 

I chose the film production technology course at Staffordshire university to gain practical experience in each aspect within film and TV, thus developing my understanding of how film is created and the techniques and habits you need to learn to ensure a good movie is produced. I am particularly interested in directing and editing, however, I have also developed an interest in the special effects aspect within filming.

I have used a variety of cameras such as the Panasonic 151, Cannon XL1 and 2, Cannon SLR's and an EX1. I have used Rhode kits and have experience with both studio recording as well as on set equipment such as the Marantz PMD 660.

Recently I have been a runner on the set of 'The Drift' which is the new original movie in production by Backyardproductions UK. I am also helping out with the compositing, VFX creation and development within the team.
